Operating under İskefe Holding, Nims Gıda plans to export 98 percent of its frozen fruit and vegetable products to Europe and America using export Freeze Dry technology.
The company, which started production in 2020 with the principles of organic agriculture and sustainability, freezes fruits and vegetables with the Freeze Dry technology, which has a market size of 40 billion dollars in the world, and offers it to the market. The company, which can perform both frozen food operation and Freeze Dry production under the same roof, operates in a way to respond to customer demands throughout the year with a storage area of 2,500 tons in its Balıkesir factory.
Provides purchase guarantee
Nims Gıda, which undertakes to buy the products at the price determined within the contract by making 1- and 3-year contracts with the producers, provides in-kind and cash support to the farmers in certain processes. The company, which provides 24/7 support to farmers with its engineers and technical personnel on site in all processes, aims to continue its production, which started with 20 producers, with 100 farmers.

Our target will be to produce 3 thousand tons in 2022 and 5 thousand tons or more in the following years. Freeze-dried fruits are used in the ready-to-eat industry, especially in breakfast and pastry products, and as snacks. We aim to export 98 percent of our freeze-dried fruits to America and Europe.
